The work we do is based on strategic and financial analysis in order to drive value in our portfolio companies, in close cooperation with their management teams and Board of Directors. The day-to-day work is characterized by professionalism, teamwork and challenging tasks in a non-hierarchical environment.

We believe that diversity builds more dynamic teams, so there is no ideal candidate. However, to enjoy the work we believe that good people skills, ability to take initiative and an interest in strategic and financial considerations are important attributes.
